The colour, fluidity and spontaneous effects achievable with watercolour continue to excite me and I aim to capture the light colour and texture in a variety of subjects, including flowers, coastal landscapes and rusty decaying things where I can use both pure watercolour and experiment with different additives to add texture.

Pile up at Pin Mill
Original Watercolour SOLD

I frequently paint the beautiful old boats at Pin Mill in Suffolk. I love the colours and textures in the crumbling, decaying woodwork as it returns to the sea.

Painted on Saunders Waterford High White Cotton Paper. Mounted in a polar white card mount. Original painting 11x15inch. £325 (SOLD)
