• COVID 19 Guidelines - All participants in the workshops will be expected to follow these guidelines. 

  • Anyone with covid symptoms must not attend the workshop and must notify me. 

  • If you have access to a PCR test please take one the evening before the workshop and do not attend if you have a positive test. 

  • All participants must wash their hands on arrival and at departure or use a hand sanitiser. ​​

 

  • The tables will be 1m+ apart to ensure distancing. Each participant will have their own labelled table and chair for the demonstrations.

 

  • Windows will be open to allow for adequate ventilation, please do not close them. The room should be warm but you may want to bring a jumper.

 

  • Please bring your own face covering. All participants will be required to wear a face mask or visor. I will have clear visors available. 

  • I will wear a clear visor so I can be heard more clearly and I find my glasses steam up with a mask but not with the visor.

 

  • Please follow the WHO guidelines for sneezing and coughing away from people, catch it, bin in, kill it.

 

  • Water jugs will be provided for each table so you don't have to fetch water.

  • I am sorry but due to the current covid situation I cannot provide the usual refreshments.

 

  • The kitchen may or may not be available subject to the Church's Covid restrictions at the time so please bring drinks and a snack but nothing that needs heating or refrigerating.  You are free to bring your own refreshments but please do not share them with others.

 

  • You are free to take a break in the open courtyard or outside or in the Churches front garden or you can have your lunch or snack at your individual desk. There is a Costa and Co-op 5mins walk away if you would like a hot drink.

 

  • Please bring your own materials and do not share them with others.

 

  • Anyone experiencing any of the covid -19 symptoms listed on the NHS website within two weeks of the attending the course must notify me. 

  • If you have to cancel the workshop due to covid I would not charge for the workshop if you change your mind in the week before the workshop and I cannot fill the place 50% of the fee is chargeable to cover my fixed costs with the hall hire.

  • I will carry out a PCR test the night before the workshop and will cancel the workshop if I have a positive result or if I have covid symptoms and a negative result and I would notify you by email or phone if this were to happen.
